This site is a control plane site.

A control plane is the management layer of a system. It defines policy, coordinates configuration, and drives operational decisions across services and environments.

Rather than processing data traffic directly, it provides centralized governance. It determines intended behavior, distributes decisions consistently, and keeps execution aligned with reliability, security, and business goals.

In practice, the control plane is where rules are authored, validated, and enforced so the platform can operate predictably at scale.
